Guest guest
Mark I like your articles on magnesium. My teacher, Yogi Bhajan, recommended two foods quite often - bananas and celery. Both have some of the highest percentages of magnesium. Celery and celery juice was recommended for the nerves and relaxation. Celery seed is also good for the nerves. Bananas were often recommended for emotions and especially women. A banana fast was given of 3 bananas 3 times a day for 3 days. Each banana is followed by eating one cardamon seed to help prevent constipation. Another version of this is to do it for 2 weeks, preferrably starting at the new moon and finishing at the full moon. I don't think it is a coincidence that both these contain lots of magnesium. Where would one buy magnesium oil? Do you make it or would you tell us how to make it? My book is finished and ready to go to the printer this week but I shouted out hold the presses..........here is the draft I put together last night,,,what do you all think? Guest guest
Yes certain foods are just about medicines......spirulinia is my favorite..... Yes this stuff is sold by Global Light Network... www.globallight.net What it is is pure evaporated sea water.....it comes from salt production....the brine on top of the salt is concentrated till it reaches 35 percent mg cl. I find it much better than the stuff manufactured with hydrochloric acid thats available in many pharmacies. Its more concentrated and about 25 times less toxic with heavy metals...Global Light is in Texas though they do have distributors in Europe and in Austrailia. I pay fifty bucks in freight just to get it shipped down here to Brazil but when a gallon comes in I feel magnesium rich...........a very very nice feeling....get the mag oil not the gell...........yesterday, even though the book is done I wrote one last chapter....here it is GB Mark -------- Read the chapter by clicking on the link: http://health.ayurveda/message/7629
