I'm in florida not georgia. I have taken several yoga classes and never got a consistent practice going. Now, being done with school and much more time on my hands, I am trying to get a regular yoga practice going. I'm starting with making a commitment of three days a week. cheers, quig Quote
Guest guest Posted August 31, 2006 Report Posted August 31, 2006 If you are interested in a bio of Yogi Bhajan get in touch with gurufathasingh (AT) (DOT) ca. He is in process of writing such a bio. I think he has three chapters done.
