If I get KRSNA'S causeless mercy and surrender 100%, won't I get all knowledge also??

The perfectly surrendered devotee solely practises Bhakti; there is no need for jnana or karma or yoga.

One must also read. The perfectly surrendered devotee follows the instructions of the spiritual master and most Guru's instruct their disciples to read the books.
