Dear Aborizwan

1. "frequently" means how "frequent". If it is upto 3 times, nothing to

worry. Sometimes, children keep eating evry 2-3 hours and then body

also responds prompty by taking same amount of time for processing

food, and eliminating in the same manner, rather than accumulating the

volume for larger delivery less frequently. Especially if it is raining

there, bodies water requirements reduce and stools need not be held

longer in bowels to absorb electrolytes.

2. If the green leafy vegetable or fruit content in the food exceeds a

certain quantity decided for each individual by his own experience,

then too such a thing can happen. This too is not a serious issue.

3. Parasites also cause this type of behaviour and one needs to check

up the patient, which can not be over the net, Contact a local Vaidya.

4. If you increase the quantity of curd in the diet, being probiotic to

some extent, it may help. The food is the medicine in this case. Raw

food, less cooked vegetables, meat, eggs, parasites coming through

external food (vegetables/fruits included) are possibilities which need

to be considered and eliminated first.

5. Poisons in the food: If you mix a little castor oil in dough while

kneading dough for Chapati (a Vata medicine), this kind of behaviour is

exhibited, body slowly eliminating caked up toxins in the gut and

absorbing strotas. Castor oil has certain mild poison hence evokes the

response of frequent loose stools. Similarly some mild posion entering

food also exhibit this kind of response. Strong poisons of course cause

vomiting, since body cant wait for the long elimination time associated

with bowel movements.

Check up the color, contents (Krimi) etc in stools. Anxiety will get

dissolved slowly with time, as he finds his old friends and familiar

atmosphere at school. If the school is a new one, his mom should go

with him and pick him up to reduce his anxiety.
