hi jay

patients with similar issues of constipation and GI pain have got

results in a couple weeks - i hope you get the same relief, but its

difficult to tell what your exact issue is without seeing you - you

aren't clear on whether this is an ulcer or just constipation, which

is a pretty big difference

better than GNC (which i think only sells capsules) is to get the

bulk herb powders from a local herbalist, or order them online (e.g.

bazaar of india, banyan botanicals) - this way you can mix together

the herbal powders and the freshly ground flax seed easily

remember to observe the rules of food combining, quiet your mind

before eating, eat slowly, chew your food well, take small sips of

room temperature water every few bites, and do not overeat

please let us know how you are doing

Hi

Thanks for the excellent replies.

my disease has really forced me to learn about lot of things. one of

them being ayurveda and this forum and people like you / shirish

Bhate and lot of others carry such infinite knowledge.

Forum is really blessing for lot of ppl I think

I will start the triphala / licorice /elm combination today.

inface I am going to GNC to buy licorice. other things i have at home

my psoriasis is less than 5% of the skin.

how many days do i need to take this till i know that it is working

for me. to see any effects ?

Regards
