Guest guest Posted June 22, 2006 Report Posted June 22, 2006 Hello everyone! I am new to this group. I am looking for a vinyasa teacher in the San Jose area of California. If anyone could help me out, I'd much appreciate it. Thank you! Erica Quote
Guest guest Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 Hi Erica, The best place to practice Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga near San Jose is a studio in Mountain View called Yoga Is Youthfulness - www.yogaisyouth.com - you'll find some of the best Ashtanga Vinyasa classes here and also the mysore program is pretty good, attracting very well know good teachers from all over the world. Good Luck! Dipita fleurb612 <fleurb612 > wrote: Hello everyone! I am new to this group. I am looking for a vinyasa teacher in the San Jose area of California.
