Sat Nam, Akal,

we are polarized beings - inhale, exhale, day and night, loving and  hating.

Wherever we go, whatever we do - there is always as well the opposite in  us.

Only that for some parts in ourselves we have difficulty to  acknowledge

that. Like with our polarity "being alone - being social". We  like to be in

groups, we look for a mate, we even like to be alone - but that  absolute

aloneness, which is as well part of our reality, is very difficult to  acknowledge. The

same is true for the opposite, our deep dependance on  others. This polarity

brings us to the edge of our deepest reality. The reality  that nobody gets

born for us, nobody will die for us, and we are very, very  alone. To accept

that loneliness, to find a way through it and to feel, really  feel, that we are

cradled in the Divine in each moment can alleviate the pain  which is

necessary to go through. And makes us feel the love which is the  underlying reality

for each of us. To accept this pain, this reality, this  love, can give us a

power which nothing else can give. Meditate on the Divine  Mother, the Divine

Father, on your Divine Inner Child, and feel that even the  wind, your daily

shower, each breath is blessing you.

Hope that helps.

Love and healing light
