I have read that a yearly chart can be constructed by finding the planetary positions at the time the sun passes the same angle as in the birth chart. And I have read that this is not strictly Vedic but a derivation by the Muslims. Is there any credibility to it? Also, I have a devotee friend that in her yearly chart for the year 2000 has Mars, Sun, Moon, Venus, and retrograde Mercury all in the 8th house within 7 degrees of each other.
