You can file all existing letters in the "Letters" box as follows: - open the box "Letters" in the directory "Read Mail", - highlight all letters and click the "File" button (or press Alt-F). If the filing cabinet looks as follows: - Read Mail - Letters Letters <-- then it works only if you open this box If you want to file letters that are no longer in the "Letters" box, you must first move (file) them to the "Letters" box. >If I happen to import a "logged updump" two times, will that create any >problems? No, there is no problem. >By importing logged updumps WinCom gets the Com-text-numbers. Is there >anyway to let WinCom get the Com-text-numbers for texts which I created >and sent to Com before WinCom 14? The only way is to review them and then import them in WinCOM, but it's quite complicated: - Updump following file: @out comtext @rev back all lett by <yourself> after <dd-mmm-yy> before <dd-mmm-yy> @down my comtext @erase my comtext - Import the file COMTEXT in WinCOM. (It is important that the filename begins with 'C' for COM or 'L' for LINK). - Delete the texts with the old text numbers. - File the new texts (which are all in "Letters").
