Pamho. AgtSP.

I have uploaded Address Book version 1.1.

Addrbk11.zip (25k) contains the upgrade from 1.0 to 1.1a.

Upgrades both addrbook.exe and readme.doc (if you

haven't changed anything in readme.doc).

Put both addrbk11.bat and addrbk.com in the WinCOM

directory, and run addrbk11.bat.

Addrbook.zip (97k) is the complete package, including recent user and

conference lists for all COM nodes.

To download, use one of the following commands

in an updump to updump (AT) com (DOT) bbt.se:

@download file from Programs addrbk11.zip

@download file from Programs addrbook.zip

All the bugs that were there in 1.0 are fixed,

and the user interface has become better.

Some new bugs have been introduced (probably) :-)

Changes:

* Since nobody was interested in having millions of matches of a certain

search string, I have replaced Auto-Find by "Max. Matches".

So, the program will never find more than a certain amount of matches.

The default is 50 matches, which gives an immediate response even when

typing the first letter of the word you are looking for. You can change

this value (50) in the Preferences screen.

* There is no more "Find" command (since Auto-Find is always on), so Enter

will immediately copy the selected string to WinCOM (or the clipboard).

* You no longer need to switch back and forth between the list box and the

search field. Even while typing in the search field, you can use Up and

Down arrows, PgUp, PgDown, Home and End to move around in the list box,

and press Enter to copy the selected address.

* Changes in the search algorythm:

- searching for "abc def" no longer finds "def abc".

- searching for "rama" no longer finds "Paramatma", unless you enable

"Anywhere" in the Options menu.

* Any available font can be selected from the Setup menu.

* "Add" an address to your own address list will also reformat mylist.txt.

* Context-sensitive help is available.
