Pamho. AgtSP. Since I've been asked so often about these recipes,I thought

of sending this text to the free forum. Sorry!

There are of course many recipes for making sweets. We are

also selling different kinds of sweets, but the most popular and easy

one we distribute are the " Energy balls". For making bars you require

machines ( if you are thinking of making it in big quantities). Balls are

easy to roll with hand and are cheaper to produce. Here are three of our

recipes for making energy balls, for different occasions:

First recipe is with out sugar and stays good for over two months if

kept in room temprature( they become little dry after 2 weeks though but

the taste remains good:

25 Kg fine flaked oat*

7 Kg grated Coconut*

5 Kg ghee

2,5 Kg carob powder

19 Kg honey

app.1 ltr. water

Mix well and make them into balls. Roll them into grated coconut.

Let them stay for a day and then pack them in bags. Ready to sell!

* If you roast these items, the balls become more tasty. (we do not roast,

for takes a lot of time!)

Second recipe is even more tasty. It stays good only for a week!

3 ltr. flaked oats

1,5 ltr. grated coconut

1,5 ltr. castor sugar

0,25 ltr. carob

30 g Vanilla sugar

750 g melted butter

1 ltr. boiled, cold milk

After mixing, you can roll them into coconuts and let stay for a day.

Third recipeis made with white sugar, but it is tasty. It stays good for

about 3 weeks in room temprature.

25 Kg oats

14,25 Kg butter

8,5 Kg coconut

14 scoop carob

1,2 Kg honey

1,5 ltr water

14 handfull vanilla sugar

We always use the first recipe as it stays good for long time. We also

produce many other products with dried fruits and nuts. To produce them

you need a lot of machines, to grate the nuts and Dried fruits. I do not

know what possibilitis you have, but if you are interested you can send

me a private com.
