Only qualified people can become priests

Dear Respected members..

If it is of any comfort..I may add the following lines

on this disturbing piece of news..and whatwe may need

to be prepared for..

a) On the "best case" scenario... This may only be a

political stunt with little action backing this.. No

devout Hindu would support this irrespective of caste

consideration which just leaves out non-believers..

The decision talks of "qualified" persons and this is

perhaps the "escape" route to not do anything about

the matter.

b) The Supreme court ruling also apears to mention

"qualified" persons and it is perchance possibel to

take this to teh Honble Court if any "unqualified"

persons are so appointed...

c) In the "worst" case, all believeing Hindus need to

be prepared for action in case of any exigency

developing. This will require potentially seeking an

inunction against the decision on the basis it

violates somebody elses' religious freedom if any

"inappropriate" person is appointed as Archaka..

d)For closer alignment of the world with the Sanatana

Dharma and Agamas, for Loka hitham and in view of this

threat, I would most humbly request all members to

atleast write one page of Rama Nama daily with the

specific prarthana to safeguard the Lord's place of

worship against any potential issue...That is all

perhaps many of us can do in our personal capacity

against this potentially calamitous decision...This

being the short and most effective means...Please

contact me for sending across completed books for

"pratishta"..This will also please Lord Oppiliappan as

a "by-product" in any case...

This will call for support to the Archaka Forum if

that is a formal effective forum unless a new forum

needs to be created also comprising strong believer

Hindus who may not be brahmins because they will

equally be aghast at this decision... This may well

unite the Vedic clan (inclduing supporters of the

Vedic clan) in a serious attempt to block any effort

that may potentially upset the sual course of worship.

If I may suggest, let us stay close on the subject. If

there is anybody having close contacts with Supreme

court advocates , it may well be useful to be

prepared. If an opinion on course of action can be

obtained and ciurculated it may well be of comfort to

members for whom theis disturning news is matter of

complete torture...

I most humbly look forward to senior members of this

Radhe Krishna,

Varnashrama dharma has four varnas in the system which are by birth. This is so as per scriptures and adhered to as such by the followers of three basic schools of philosophy - advaita, visishtadvaita and dvaita. Caste is a latter invention which has no scriptural backing. This is also a fact that the system is dwindling. But the dwindling of the system is so as it is so predestined by the lord. it is not because of someone like or dislike the dwindling of the system. But as per the scriptures, people in the varna by birth would continue like vasordhara till the end of kaliyuga.

whatever anarthas which are bound to happen will happen because these are predestined by god as to what would happen when the varnasangraha takes place in kali.
