Pamho. In the purport to S.Bhag. 7.5.24 (2.kirtanam) pg.254, Srila Prabhupada

refers to a prayer which begins:

 

ayi mukta-kulair upasya manam

 

What is the full sanskrit and english?

It may be from Rupa Goswami's Namastaka.
