Here is an important news.

 

As you are aware, for quite some time now, totally unfounded, despicable, pernicious and absolutely false rumours have been circulating about our Beloved Swami. Not only have these rumours been spread through e-mails and the internet, but some unscrupulous TV channels have enough gone so far as to fabricate so-called documentaries and aired them in many countries.

 

Over the years, we have received from devotees across the world, many e-mails and letters expressing deep distress and anguish. In respect of spreading falsehood, the notorious BBC documentary appears to have hurt most.

 

We now have some very good news for all devotees, especially for those who for years have been suffering the pain of seeing all these rumours and false allegations being eagerly lapped up by the gullible.

 

The news is this:

 

The young man who made most of these allegations against Swami and who was the star accuser in the malicious and vicious BBC documentary, filed a case in California in January, 2005.

 

The case was set for hearing on April 28 th, 2006.

 

During the handling of the lawsuit, witnesses were identified and interviewed, who were present in Prashanti Nilayam, when the molestations alleged by the plaintiff were supposed to have taken place.

 

One of the witnesses, Mr. Kreydick was examined by lawyers and the proceedings were recorded on video tape. This happened on March 16 th, 2006 . Subsequently, the video deposition was made into a typed deposition, which Mr. Kreydick signed on April 7 th, 2006 . He also issued a personal statement to the effect that although he originally believed in the allegations made against Sai Baba, he later discovered that there were many critical discrepancies and contradictions in the allegations made by the plaintiff and the anti-Sai community in general. His said that all these allegations had a hidden bias. He therefore retracted his earlier position in support of the allegations.

 

This marked the turning point. The young man who filed the complaint then dismissed his own lawsuit on April 19 th, 2006.

 

 

The case was then dismissed with prejudice. It means no damages to the plaintiff, and that the case can never be filed again in any court in America or in India.

 

Yes, dear Subscriber! Truth always triumphs!!

 

Please spread the good news to all you know and do everything you can so that Sai devotees everywhere hear this news immediately and rejoice.

I have read the article thank you for bringing this imp news to our attention.

I remember distinctly which was telecast last year and I was the one who mention this to our Sai forum- I will never forget the pain and agony and also there was one sai brother who stopped CBC News (CANADA) to re telecast and he was successful in stopping the retelecast - I salute him who remain anonymous as he didn't take any permission from our organisation and he did this singlehandedly .

I sincerely think we should demand an apology from BBC news for televising this false allegations- only time will say I presume-

No one can tarnish His image, our Swami glory will not be diminshed it will grow more and more- people will see more wonders.

If somebody said me or my father a dog as he is envy of us, Do i need to

prove him that I am not a dog when i am aware i have no four legs and tail

!!! Why to waste our time on ignorant people who give some statements which

have no point. Yes.If I am an intellectual, well read,I have time, then I

can lodge my polite protests over media/news papaers substantiating my

points. But before that, i should introspect myself whether i fullfil

Swami's golden words..."YOUR LIFE SHOULD BE MY MESSAGE.." I know i dont

stand upto Swami's expectation. Thats why i dont dare to wish to have

Swami's physical darshan as i cant look at Swami if he is before me... I

always murmur that bhajan of Hariom Sharan..

Sai Ram Papu,

We all live as instruments in His Hands. My role maybe a bit different, but I cannot be docile and dumb to a perpetrator. Going by your analogy or example - somone called my father a dog - well the response will be silence - but if the guy goes shouting in the street that so and so is dog and has poster pasted all over that so and so is a dog and even put a crawl message on the cable TV that so and so is a dog. Then silence will not be a correct Dharmic response.

There is a level till which peace has to be the message, but when all levels are crossed - there has to be Mahabharat. For each of us - these levels are different.

And Papu, when the adversary is huge like the BBC - bringing down to knees is not a one person example - it has larger implications - mostly legal.

The moot message is PEACE till all levels are not crossed, but when the last level is crossed - let there be war - A War of THUTH.

Now brother is it wrong to challenge ? tell me why ? I understand completely our life will be our message but is it wrong to stand up against the false allegations - why ? again we are talking based on Sai ideals nothing more nothing less - here muscle power is not involved so keep that in mind.So brother tell me why is it wrong ? even Vivekananda couldn't tolerate his guru's(RamaKrishna Parahamsa) criticism -

I recall a incident where this Indian lawyer filed a big case against the beer company, where Lord Ganesh picture were labelled on beer bottles and this lion hearted Lawyer didn't waste no time to sue the company which was quite a big amount(multi million dollar)- guess what? this New York based Company had to remove Lord Ganesh picture from the beer bottles( Bravo - true Indian son) . In France recently some fashion designers were sued because they were depicting Hindu Gods and Goddesse's and it escalated to such and extent that it was depicting on undergarments and sandals- so tell me is this wrong to oppose?

Why should I be shame to meet Swami - no matter how big is my flaws? I will meet Him face to face because He is my Father and Mother there can't be no shame and I will sing the bhajan - Twameva Mata Pita Twameva

Well said!! What you say is right brother and i fully agree with you!!! We need not feel ashamed to see Swami because we are HIS children, and nobody on this earth is perfect enough to face the lord, IF perfection is the criteria to meet Him. Also i believe that while it does not matter to Swami what others talk about Him, the question is whether it matters to us or not, His children!!!! It definitely matters!!! And first and foremost who are these people to talk about Swami at all??? Do they have any idea about the number of lives that Bhagavan is touching and changing everyday??? I was just wondering if this is the gift that mankind will give the Lord after 80 years of selfless service???? That's the question...

I am supporting Papu's message. Why because Our swami is different and his mission, his life, his approach all are different. All these suitable to present stage of Kaliyuga. Only through pure love we can change and transform these people.

We can't compare this with other situations and incidents they are only small things.

Do you feel that swami dont know all these BBC telecasting and other things.

No not at all. Its all Part of his divine leela and its all predetermined drama.

Why we shuould distrub with these things.

Now swami is present with his Physical form in this earth and he will look after all these related to him.

All those incidents like Vivekananda and other are different, that time we should fight,

but these swami's realted things are different..its all his master plan and swami is making all the remaining. humanbeings into his mission.

Swami allowed them to Broadcast in BBC ..means definately there must be some divine plan to lift and divert some lakhs of people towards him and his mission belonging to that region.Why because most of the times people attracts to negative things easily than the positive.

Only 16 years left for his avataar..so swami has to transform and divert the remaining

humanbeings in this remaining period.

If we observe Swami's life history..these types of incidents have been taking place from his childhood ifself..even the present great great devotees are the person who

were intially opposed swami and came to parthi to test him, and later they became great devotees.

So, we should not react for these defame and negative things towards swami.

Just we should continue in the same way..doing sadhana , doing selfless seva

and try to move close and close to bhagwan.

Many times swami told that no one can distrub myself and my mission.

There is no possibility of defame. And even day by day the devotees are increasing....

There is no need for another Mahabharatha and war for Truth...

Just we should wait and see...how swami will change this world in the coming years before completion of his avataar...

You are absolutely right. Everything is his plan, like rama had a plan in Rabhana, krishna with Mahabharata, so does our saimaa. In our love for swami, and our nature being human, we often forget that he is the creator, the preserver and the destroyer of not just our state of affairs, but also the earth and its living beings. We are only instruments and our only duty is to follow saimaa's instruction. Like we belong to him, so does the BBC and the the preperators. Lets pray for all and, specially those misguided ones who are still a part of his divine leela's
