sirs,

I am looking for help, I am in deep trouble

my details are as follows

date of birth: april 21,1970

place: delhi

time: 21:20

I am facing a false case by my inlaws since sep,2005 and had to suffer

a lot in from sep 17 to oct 5,2005 along with my mother and elder

sister,the case is in final stages now.

I met an accident on jan 8,2006 at jalandhar (approx time: 17:30),we

ecsaped unhurt but my car was badly damaged.

although the other person was at fault, he is threatening me and I am

fearing one more false case.

some times I feel like commiting suicide because I feel so drained out.

kindly suggest what to do.

I have lost faith in god,in myself and in others.

why i am being punished for mistakes of others,first my wife instead

of admitting her mistakes harassed me and now this person instead of

admitting his mistake is trying to make the life of me and my sister a

hell.

Respected Sir,

I am the youngest in the family,i have two elder sisters and no

brother.

I left midway my diploma in business management in 1990 due to job

pressures so we can say that my education is incomplete.

I got a job in 1989 although i changed from one company to

another,my best period career wise was from jan 1992 to march 1994

during which I earned both name and money,I was the youngest manager

in the company.

I eft job in april 1994 due to company politice as my bosses shifted

their failure on me.

my father got sick in november 1994 and never recovered,he suffered

from alzhiemers disease and was mis diagnosed by docters.

My father expired in march 1997.

I started my own business in 1996,jan which i closed down last month.

I was married on april 23,2004 and differences between us developed

by august 2004.

my wife gave birth to a male child on april 4,2005 and she took him

along when she left my home on august 18,2005.

I filed a divorce on sep8,2005 and they filed a false dowry case on

9th sep 2005.

I got intrim bail on sep 17,2005,had to visit police station along

with my mother and sister on 20,22,24,27,29 sep and on 3,6,7 oct

2005 when we were granted bail.bail orders were isuued between oct 3

and oct 6,2005.

In nut shell I can say that the first 8 yrs of guru dasha were good

for me and the last 8 yrs very bad.

the last 5 months have been very stressfull and full of harassment

and false allegations along with high expenses and to top it up i

dont have a source of income at present.

I daily recite hanuman chalisa as well as a mantra for hanumanji,do

one mala of kali mahavidya mantra,worship ganeshji,i am wearing a

horse shoe ring.

incidently the details of my wife are as under

date: nov5,1973

place: nahan(himachal pradesh)

time: 07:11

thats the place where I got cheated as they gave the birth time as

07:21 at the time of marriage which placed her atamkaraka rahu in

navamsa lagna.

I personally think that we shall be free of police harassment on

feb5,2006 and divorce will be final by june end.

saturn is debilitated but achieves neech bhanga,it is lord of 64

navamsa as well as 64 drekkana and i am running maha dasha of saturn

and moola dasha of saturn.

as suggested by u in past i am reciting narsimha mantra suggested by

u

ugramveeram mahavishnum jwalantam sarvatomukham

nrisinham bheeshan bhadram mriturmrityam namamiaham

some how my accident on jan 8,2006 (at about 1730,place : jullundhur

city) has disturbed me as I expect a repeat harassment from police

between jan 26 to feb 4,2006 and i fear that we may be framed in

another false case .

I can bear harassment but i am not left with money to handle

expenses and as the car is owned by my sister i fear more for her

harassment.

another intresting thing woth mentioning is that i used to goto kali

temple here in jalandhar and used to do 1 mala of kali mahavidya

mantra and after that i used to do narsimha mantra,my somewhere

around jan 4-5 instead of saying mrityurmrityum namamiaham in

narsimha mantra the words came out of my mouth were mrityormookshiye

maamritaat

was maa kali suggesting me to do mrityuanjaya mantra(saturn being my

chara bhratrikaraka)?

even now i am listening to mrityunjaya mantra in the divine voice of

Guru Sajay Rathji.

Why you say thnigs will be settled by feb 5, 2006.

Also is your wifes birth time Am or PM ?

If you look at the transits currently both guru and shani are activating the

dasha and anter dasha lords. If you use 360 day year you are in shani-budh

dasha already. Budh is also the eighth lord.

Because of gurus dristi on the sixth house where all the action in your

chart is concentrated, you will overcome this, but with a lot of anguish.

Sir,

the only reaosn i think that things will start improving after feb 5

is due to the following

my wife admitted the truth in presence of police that she was never

beaten or harassed for dowry,and police said that there seems to be

no valid case.mars was at aries 29 deg at that time. it got

retrograde on oct 1,2005 and it will be going to taurus on feb

5,2006,so i presumed that the decision which got stalled at that

particular time will be declared officially now.

on sep 27,2005 jupiter aslo enterd libra.

presently mars is in 7th house of my wife,her time of birth is 07:11

AM. in her horoscope natal mars is also in aries and is retrograde.

saturn her mahadasha lord is also retrograde and placed in 9th house

of natal chart and is presently transiting her 10th house and

aspecting 7th house.

if we take her birth time to be 7:21 her atmakaraka rahu is placed

in navamsa lagna indicating a noble/royal birth.

When I have doubt, I resort To the prashna Kundali and

I am sure , Vikas is hiding some vital facts. His wife's Prashna Kundli

suggest that she is not interested at all in any court case.

Sir,

i dont know the reason due to which u think that i am hiding any

facts,

i have stated the facts as correctly as i know,i have suffered and i

have sufferd due to my wife.

It was she or should we say her mother who was the reason for filing

the false dowry case, u may be right in one way that my wife is not

intrested in court case-- they are more intrested in out of court

settlement and one time settlement.please see the aspect of saturn

to her natal 7th house in transit,also the aspect of saturn to the

natal mars which is also the 7th lord.

U are right she may not be intrested in a court case coz she is

trying to extract lumpsome money from me and a court will never

instruct me to pay lumpsome amount.

i hope itt clarifies the point,but now i dont have any wish or need

or desire to go back,a person who can cheat me once can cheat me at

any time.

If you look at the transits currently both guru and shani are activating the

dasha and anter dasha lords. If you use 360 day year you are in shani-budh

dasha already. Budh is also the eighth lord.

chart is concentrated, you will overcome this, but with a lot of anguish.

Malefics in the 6th house also indicate overcoming obstacles.

As for the accident, you can see 4th lord in 6th house of accidents with the

HI,

I have taken a look at your chart.

One important aspect we should remember is that Saturn is a funny

planet. Even if he is debilitation, he can give very good results and

when he is exaltation(or neech bhang, as in this case), he can act

very malefic.

In your case,most of the problems can be put at the door of Sat. By

conjuction, he is not only afflicting Sun but also, with ascendant

being in the star of the saturn, you are likely to face problems

during the saturn dasa.

Ketu and 4th Houses are afflicted by Mars and Rahu respectively and

this shall not give a good family life.

Mars in 7th is giving the kUja dosham, as no cancellations are working

here. This also gives problems in conjugal life.

On the other hand, the conjuction of 7th and 8th Lords is going to be

a problem, along with Rahu falling in A8. The aspect of betrayal is

gaining ground here. I expect the hand of a third party in the whole

episode, as Saturn is aspecting 8th House and an afflicted Venus is

the house of Mars. Please confirm.

I do not think you are past your problems until 2009, unless you do

the remedies for Saturn and Mercury.

Sir,

as i said that u may be right in saying that my wife may have

decided to take back cases against me because she is more intrested

in a out of court settlement resulting in lumsum payment.

2) I have not told any lies,I have seen her in person asking for

imprisonment of my family on sep 24,2005.

3) she may have decided to withdraw case against me because its a

false one and now it is their turn to prove the bundle of lies they

have submitted in the court affidavit.

4) i may be posessive but i am not a lier,i am not afraid of cases I

am afraid of the way in which they almost killed my 65 yr old mom by

causing harrassment at the hands of police.

I am a very straight forward person and I know that the case of

dowry is a false one and my in laws used unethical means to harass

me by filing a false case .

I am never ashamed to admit my mistakes coz if I dont admit then I

cant improve.
