Divide the nakshatra into four equal parts (called charan i.e 3 degrees 20 minutes) and check the degree of Moon falls in which charan. Check the table associated with the naam askshar as per nakshatras (given in any standard descriptive book of astrology) and you have the detail. The other much easier option is to use Jhora software. I hope you are getting the gandanta puja done. This chakra is given in many jyotish books and also in Panchangs.
