Transit Sa is exactly aspecting Tr Moon and Tr Su is exactly aspecting 5th and 11th houses. All this points to extreme happiness/gains from seventh and tenth house significations. My guess is that you have got a job abroad which has resulted in extreme happiness and gains for you.
