Guest guest
Dear Chi.Dhananjayan, In Kaliyuga ‘frauds’ are broadly classified under two category viz., ‘Permicible’ and ‘impermissible’. Permicible frauds are those frauds committed on certificate basis e.g., reimbursement of certain benefits on certificate basis from the Employer / Government, these people they generally enjoy Nirvesana yoga. Impermissible frauds are classified under two categories: (1)Inflecting pecuniary damages to others is being classified as ‘Major misconduct’ they suffer from ‘Khapata-Vesana yoga' and (2) To be immoral is being classified as ‘Minor misconduct’ they suffer from Khapata yoga. >From the above any rational human being could understand that scale of punishment can not be the same. One studies the captioned yogas from Jathagathvam.
