I had a different understanding about the signs and yuga.

 

Basically the yuga traversal is reverse from Aries.

1 and trines Krita,

12 and trines Dwapara

11 trines Treta

10 trines Kali.

 

This way Capricorn is the ruling sign for Kali Yuga

and effects of Kali yuga is noted from this.
