In response to a certain readers mail (on Vedic astrology groups)

regarding alleged inaccuracy of the KCD chart of the senior Shankaracharya.

The chart on the predictions page of my Kalachakra dasa Predictions page is

computer generated and carries on till 2046 (From 1935).

The cahrt simply takes into account that the first cycle of Kalachakra dasa ends

and the 2nd one (current cycle) starts.This current cycle is to start from the

Apasavya Nakshatra group - 86 years paramayush (,first pada) and the Deha rasi

is Sagittarius and the Jeeva rasi for this cycle is Cancer .

I am sorry that this elementary point was not grasped by the reader.

But if you go to the Kalachakra dasa page on the website, (as opposed to the

Predictions page)you will realise that I have explained the exact manual tables

about how KCD works and have given a certain easy method using the free software

link about how the system works.I have also given Paramayus limits which

obviously do not extend beyond a 100 years.

I have given only elementary KCD lessons on the site using Transits through Deha

and Jeeva Rasis which do not change whichever method of KCD divination is used.

I am aware that antardasa calculations are an area of controversy but I will

resolve this in my next book which will be on KCD.In the meanwhile ,my

publishers have asked me to bring out a series of six volumes on Jyotisha the

first of which is already out and as I understand nearly sold out.There is a

months wait on that book ,I am told.

Jyotisha as I have already explained on the site is not a matter of ability but

solely the product of Karma and divine grace.

The method of using transits on KCD Deha and Jeeva rasis is not new and I am

only publicising the method I use to increase the number of people learning

Jyotisha and using Kalachakra dasa.

of my own voice using various methods of chanting any specific Veda mantra_

(especially the Shri Rudram) ie.Krama,Pada ,Ghanam etc.

As I am a full time Physician in the UK ,my time is constrained so I try only to

respond to people in real difficulty or true seekers of Vedic knowledge.

My aim is to produce a class of person who is very careful about what he or she

says or does as this karma is matra responsible for a karmic reaction. All

action must be for benefit of mankind only.
