Guest guest
Namaste, Lakshmi garu, Please address me as Vishnu! Thanks for the information. However, according to Chandra Kala Nadi, Brahma Yoga nullfies Malavya Yoga(if present) in a chart. This is the whole point of my asking this question. I just wanted to know different perspectives. It is intriguing to know that Brahma Yoga in Aries puts the native in a different orbit. I am in posession of a chart where all the above are present( Brahma Yoga in Aries & Malavya Yoga) yet, that native a golden Venus dasa! I would temper my observations about the native being a Veda Vidya Visarada. However, I must concede that the native was an international authority in his field. warm regards, Vishnu --- padmanu <padmanu wrote: > Namasthe List, > > What about Ju and Saturn Rx in conjunction? > My daughter has this. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Namaste Vishnu, In this horoscope to which you were referring, does Brahma Yoga influence the Moon, either by conjunction or by aspect? Because this yoga impacts one's mental disposition, I think moon's position is more pertinent here than that of lagna. I have not heard about Malavya Yoga being affected by Brahma Yoga, just let me ponder over it and get back to you. In the meanwhile, perhaps some other members may give their opinion. Guest guest
Om gurave Namah Namaste Ramdasrao ji, What is it that I can see in the referred chart that you can’t see? Your knowledge and intuition are miles above mine. Still, it is an honour being asked a question by you and I will try to answer it to the best of my ability. Brahma yoga in the said chart occurs in the 6th house and the 6th lord Jupiter ® is in moolatrikona conjunct Saturn ®, who is also a temporal malefic being the 7th and 8th lord. This conjunction, in this chart has initiated a grahamalika ending in the 11th house, which is 6th from 6th house. 2nd Lord sun and 12th lord Mercury tenant the 11th house and terminate the grahamalika. Incidentally and interestingly this conjunction of sun and mercury appears in the D-6 and D-30 lagnas as well. The native must have met with some accident / injury /illness during 1996-2001, which could have resulted in permanent impairment to the eyes/speech/ bones/kidneys. In d-6 lagna the sun is debilitated indicating short supply of energy much needed for recuperation. Moon, the lagna lord is in the 7th house, that too in Saturn’s house and is also hemmed in between malefics and is not subjected to the redeeming glance by any benefic. But the lagna itself is vargottama and is fortified by the aspect of the lagna lord, hence life would be protected. The presence of yogakaraka Mars in 9th house considerably strengthens the adrishta of the native and moneywise, there will not be a problem. Consistent with the nature of kataka lagna, the native must be soft and sensitive, but prone to depressions. Though the Brahma Yoga occurs in a dusthana, Jupiter is also the 9th lord and such a conjunction confers upon the native a resigned, long-suffering, saattwik / dharmic disposition and a philosophical bent of mind much fostered by the pain caused by the illness. Jupiter’s retrogression and the Atmakarakatwa of Saturn could make the suffering long-drawn out. The nakshatra parivartana between Jupiter and ketu, (posited in the 8th house in rasi chart, and aspected by the house lord, Saturn) further strengthens the 6-8 axis. I think praying to Mahalakshmi or more correctly Lakshmi Narasimha would bring some relief. Since Venus is the lagna lord both in d-6 and d-30 and terminates the grahamalika in d-1, why not advise mrityunjaya mahamantra? Talking about Mrityunjaya, yesterday evening I attended a lecture on Shiva tattwa (hence the delay in my reply), where the form of Mrityunjaya has been described. The Lord has eight hands and the top two on each side hold up an amritakalasa (pot of nectar) each and pour the nectar on the lord, so He is fully drenched in the Amrita-abhishekam. Then he holds a mriga (symbolizing the mana) and the akshamala (symbolizing vidya) in two more hands. The last two hands are holding an amritakalasa on each lap…ready to give them to the needy, with both hands. Let that AmritaSwaroopa be the refuge of the lady and the entire world. Guest guest
Dear Sri Chadala, Namaste, I am afraid you have understood my posting the other way. All I was trying to get at was why does Jup-Sat conjunction(Brahma Yoga) cause bhanga(break) of Malavya Yoga? It is interesting to note that people have different views on Brahma Yoga. Some say this conjunction must happen in trines to lagna, some say this conjunction in Aries makes one a erudite scholar in vedas. Late Sri B.V.Raman seems to have supported this Brahma Yoga to the hilt.Yet, Achyuta(author of Chandra Kala Nadi) had opined that it has the capacity to *deny* the fruits of a Mahapurusha Yoga. Denial is not always bad! BTW, the bhanga applies only when Venus is exalted, ie., it may only apply to natives to Pisces,Gemini,Virgo and Saggitarius Lagna. You shouldn't jump to a conclusion that Venus dasa is bad or will be bad in your son's case. warm regards, Vishnu --- nchadala <nchadala wrote: > Hi , > > I am just curious about this brahma yoga, because it is in my son's > chart. Guest guest
` nmae naray[ay, om namo näräyaëäya| Dear Lakshmi Ji, That is superb.I appreciate your knowledge.I was advising this lady to chant Lakshmi Mantra and Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra but she was not listening to my advise as she says I have to ask some other knowledgeable Astrologer and hence I put up this query to you. The Lagna Kataka is not only Vargothama but also in Pushkaramsha and this is another added feature. She had problems started in 1995 connected with Uterus and facial nerve and she is suffering continuously with a disease called Trigeminal Nuralgia which is nothing but the inflammation of nerves connected with face which comes from the brain.Recently she has to lose her Uterus.Shukra is the Badhakadipaty and rahu is trasnitting Shaukra now.Shukra also represents Uterus, Kidneys etc. So a Rahu Jap was performed and as a result, the life was saved but has to lose her Uterus and was operated for Apendicites also. She is highly intutive also and after 1995, a rare experience is seen in her. Whenever any incident is going to happen in her family or close relatives, someone says in her ears and she says it has helped her to solve many of the problems in her life. Guest guest
Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat Dear Ramadasji and Lakshmiji, Thank you for posting and analyzing this case. There is immense learning for us. Ramadasji! I have seen your other mail about a gentleman sending you an abusive mail. It must be saddening. What is creditable though is your contribution and dedication despite all that. Kind regards Ramesh Ramadas Rao [ramadasrao (AT) (DOT) co.in]Sent: Sunday, August 22, 2004 8:27 PMvedic astrologySubject: Re: [vedic astrology] Re: Brahma Yoga ` nmae naray[ay, om namo näräyaëäya| Dear Lakshmi Ji, That is superb.I appreciate your knowledge.I was advising this lady to chant Lakshmi Mantra and Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra but she was not listening to my advise as she says I have to ask some other knowledgeable Astrologer and hence I put up this query to you. The above chart belongs to my wife .This is for your information. The nakshatra parivartana between Jupiter and ketu, (posited in the 8th house in rasi c! hart, and aspected by the house lord, Saturn) further strengthens the 6-8 axis. Guest guest
Om Gurave Namah Namaste Ramdasraoji, Thank you for your kind words. It is Guru kripa and the confidence that you had imposed in me that made the right prediction to emanate. Like a famous Telugu poet said "palikedi vaadanu nenata, palikinchedi vaadu Ramabhadrundata", which roughly translates as "though I may have said It, the one who really made me say it is Ramabhadra". I too have read the vicious message sent by Mr. Deboo. When good people like you are troubled and abused thus, it confirms to us again that it is indeed Kaliguya, and what we desperately need now is a Mahapurusha. I think i guessed that the chart belonged to your wife, though not through astrology, but through psychology. You have helped so many people yourself. So, when you seek counsel, it must be for someone who is so very dear to you, that you begin to doubt your own powers. It happens to all of us. Please convey my regards to your wife. Guest guest
` nmae naray[ay, om namo näräyaëäya| Dear Lakshmi Ji, Thanks for your mail. Also I appreciate your intution that the chart is of my wife. I think I have analysed your chart around a year before and wrote to you that you have very high intutional powers and other matters. My wife also conveyed her Best regards to you. When you analysed her chart and said some major incident/health problems between 1996/2001 might have happened. If you would have seen just some years before ie., during 1990, she suffered from a rare disease called Pericarditis ie., a disease connected with the outer cover of heart and she has to get removed her outer heart cover due to the attack of Tubercular germs.See that Chandra is the lord of Kataka and is hemmed between malefics and it is very clear that Chandra weak gave her such terrible disease but as Chandra is in his own Nakshatra of Shravana, she got recovered from this disease after performing 23000 Shani Japam followed by Shani Shanti Homam and 11000 Mrityunjaya Japam followed by Maha Mrityunjaya homam. The event happened during Rahu Dasha - Shukra Antara. Rahu is a maraka being placed in 2nd house ruled by Surya, and Shukra is a Badhaka placed in 10th from Lagna and is in Bharani Nakshatra ruled by Yama,God of Death. This is for your information. The above chart belongs to my wife .This is for your information. With Shri Hari Vaayu Naama Smarana, Ramadas Rao. Tired of spam?
