House closing day

I am trying to help a friend here.

He is closing a house (not griha pravesam)on Friday in Houston,Texas, USA. The

tithi is Ashtami on that day.

Not to mention Friday the 13th !!!

He just wants to know, if it is good day to close a house ?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

This is something I picked up from one of Sanjay Rath-ji's lecture CDs.

According to what i understood, Jupiter is representative of the sahashra

chakra and as such represents the highest of truths. It is only when one

attains samadhi or god realization (after the activation of the sahasra-chakra)

that one can talk about the possibility of moksha. Jupiter represents this

highest truth - that of god realization.

 

So why does it free Jupiter from being considered as one of the Shadripus? it

has to, since realizing this highest truth means getting rid of one's

shad-ripus and re-associating with the universal ego (god realization). To this

point, it is said that if Jupiter aspects or is posited in the 6th from Lagna in

a punya chart(death chart), the person's shadripus were cleansed.
