problems buying a house

hi,

 

i am having problem buying a home. i have come close to buying

several times, last time being sept/oct 2003 but everytime something

or the other happens. can someone tell me if and when i will fullfill

my dream. My dob is 9th nov 1970, dehradun, india, time is 4:22 am.

any help would be appreciated. another thing which perplexes me is

that when i look at ashktavarga table, my fourth house(lord jupiter)

shows 40. If this house has such high # than howcome i am having

problems making a decison or getting the right home.

I would really aprreciate some light in this matter
