What I would mainly recommend is NOT to take a plane once pregnant, as the

level of oxygen for the child goes down a lot during flights. So why provoke

any problems for the child?

Since she flew from India to the US, it will probably be on a large

jet. Jetliner cabins are pressurized, so this probably does not

apply. That said, it is typically not advisable to travel in the case

of high risk pregnancies, since complications cannot be treated

immediately if they arise during travel.

I am sorry to hear of your problems. Get a second (and possibly even

a third) opinion about your case from a reputable gynecologist before

proceeding further. You are already past 40 and approaching

menopause -- even without other complications, getting pregnant at

this stage may involve lot of IVF trials before success. However, I

can fully understand and do sympathize with your desire to have a

child of your own.

 

Ok, as far as your chart goes, it seems that your birth details show

an ascendant which can change from Sag to Cap depending on whether it

is 8:50 or 8:51 ... even if the time is exact, the place of birth

(east or west calcutta) may shift the ascendant one way or the other.

However, from the details you give, the Capricorn ascendant seems

more likely. As can be expected, there are several afflictions to the

fifth lord from Ascendant (Venus), which is the primary indicator of

children; it is debilitated in navamsa and conjunct with Ketu,

Mercury and Mars in the 12th house. Furthermore, there is papa-

kartari to the house where Venus is "hemmed in" by Sun and Saturn

which sit in adjacent houses. You were running Rahu-Venus-Jupiter at

the time when the pregnancy was established in Jan 03. When you lost

the pregnancy in June 03, you were running Rahu-Venus-Saturn. Saturn

is strong and aspects the putra-karaka, Jupiter and is involved in

the papa-kartari yoga.

 

To summarize, based on your horoscope, I see only one planet which is

capable of giving children i.e., Jupiter. If you had tried during the

Ra/Ju period, you probably would have succeeded ( Jul 92 - Dec 94 ).

The next period of Ra/Su starts in May 04 (up to Feb 05). This period

is reasonable (although I would not call it positive) for child birth

(conception may take place before). On the positive side, Su aspects

the 5th (his exaltation position), he is reasonably placed in rasi

chart, he is aspected by Jupter and does not have any malefic

aspects. On the negative side, he participates in papa-kartari to

Venus, and he exchanges signs with Saturn in navamsha and he is the

lord of the evil 8th house. I think you will atleast partially

succeed in your efforts towards pregnancy in his sub-period. However,

full success depends on being extremely careful during the whole of

the pregnancy, since there are many evil sub-periods during the 10

month Ra/Su period. If you can make this commitment, you should try

again. On a positive note, I can tell you that the upcoming Jupiter

period (2007-23) indicates that you will have some children ...

whether they are your own or adopted.

 

Your husband's chart also confirms the evil placement of the fifth

lord (Mars), who is debilitated in rasi and is conjunct Ra in the 8th

house and aspected by a strong Sa and Me. During the next year, he

will be running Me-Ra; there is not much hope here, except that both

his rasi and navamsa dispositors are conjunct Jupiter which is the

only positive indication I can find. He will be in Me-Ra-Ju period

from Aug - Dec 04; this might be the time period, if any, when he can

have a kid in the next 2-3 years.

 

Over all, I recommend trying IVF between Mar-May 04 for potential

baby birth during late 04.

I do not believe in astrological remedies. However, there are many

people on this list who can help you in that category.

 

My advice to you is to do all that you physically can to ensure a

successful pregnancy and put your faith in God to do the rest.

I can't thank you enough for the remedies you sent and also the link to Pandit

Rath's remedies.Is there any good day/time/muhurt to start with these ? Pl.

advise me . I want to start them at the earliest.

Moreover, I would like to thank krishna once again for her time to caculate my

chart and advising me the good time. regarding remedies I do respect her

personal opinion of not choosing any remedy.
