Saptamsa - which lord is stronger

Dear Visti and others,

 

Hare Rama Krsna!

 

I have a question regarding my Saptamsa: 7th house is in Scorpio, which of

the lords is stronger? Mars is with Rahu in Aquarius, Ketu is with Jupiter

in Leo. Both in enimical sign, though Rahu in own house may make Mars

stronger. Ketu is with neutral Jupiter, though aspected also by it's

dispositor Sun. So which one becomes stronger, Mars or Ketu?

Dear Dhira,

As per standard strength rules, Ketu becomes stronger because Sun aspects it and its own sign - leo.

However i'm not sure these rules apply when determining childbirth.
