Guest guest
|Hare Rama Krishna| Dear Rajas, As per Parasara, Rahu has dristi on the 5th, 7th, 9th and 12th houses from itself. No indication of Ketu has been given, and this complies with the understanding that those with desires have Graha dristi, whilst those without do not. Hence Ketu not having a head of its own does not have desires. Guest guest
Dear Visti, You are right. Some editions of BPHS do mention this but others do not.The 51st chapter is on Navamsha and one thinks why should the sage mention Rahu drishti this late in the works when in the chapter 26 on Graha Drishti. No mention of Rahu and ketu drishties is made there. It is not possible that such a knowledgeable sage plain forgot it. I think in an earlier mail Sanjayji mentioned that many new shlokas have crept in various editions from that originally collected by Pt. Ojha who initially brought BPHS to light. With regards, Chandrashekhar. - Visti Larsen vedic astrology Wednesday, May 28, 2003 7:50 PM Re: [vedic astrology] rahu/ketu - aspects |Hare Rama Krishna| Dear Rajas, As per Parasara, Rahu has dristi on the 5th, 7th, 9th and 12th houses from itself.
