Dear Ram,

 

For Virgo Lagna if sun is in 12th (in Leo) i.e. in its

maran sthana would behave in what way?

 

As if house owned by Sun (in this case 12th house) is

to be suffered then isnt nice thing to happen to the

native?It is also one of auspisious yoga (as 12th in

12th house)(sorry name forgotten)

Hi Parag,

 

It'd be much like a neechabhanga. There isn't much doubt that Su is in mks

but it'll be able to shake off the evil and still do good to the native and

its own house. This also works for planets that are in mks but in

exaltation.

 

That said, I know of a quite famous bloke in this group who has 10L Su deb

in mks. You'd guess his vim dasa of Su, which ended recently, woulda been

horrible. Otoh, it was a spectacular period for his career. There's

obviously more to this mks thing than meets the eye.

Dear Ramapriya,

 

See it this way. Sun is the king in its dasa, and the king shall not

spoil its kingdom with its own hand. So in vimshottari dasa, we cannot

expect the weakness of Sun to manifest in its own dasa, other than

Saturn Antardasa, who is the cause of this weakness and in its

antardasa can give the king a death blow.

 

Now who is the ememy who has caused such Avastha of Sun. Check out the

Saturn Dasa instead, where Saturn will be free to give play with the

houses of all such fellows who are suffering in the hands of Saturn.

Can you think what can happen in Saturn-Sun! Saturn will Jump on Sun,

singing, I will kill you- I will kill you; I will destroy all your

houses - I will destroy all your houses... At last, you have come to a

house, for which I am the karaka.

 

Such Saturn shall be more able to do harm, if it is placed in Kendra or

trine to the houses owned by Sun; it aspects Sun or it aspects the

houses owned by Sun.
