Guest guest
hamsa om soham Dear Sel, Namaka and Chamaka have 11 anuvakas each (verses). Rupam: Chanting of 11 anuvakas of namaka followed by chanting of 11 anuvakas of chamaka (n1, n2, ... n11, c1, c2, ... c11) Rudra ekadasini: Chanting of 11 anuvakas of namaka with one anuvaka of chamaka each time, repeated eleven times (n1..n11, c1, n1..n11, c2, ... , n1..n11, c11). Laghurudra (rudrii): Rudra ekadasini repeated 11 times. Maharudra: Laghurudra repeated 11 times. Atirudra: Maharudra repeated 11 times. What they are referring to is probably the Rudra ekadasini repeated each day for 11 days, forming a laghu-rudra. ajit - "sel 2k" <sel2k2002 > <vedic astrology> Monday, February 24, 2003 6:35 PM [vedic astrology] Re Please explain the 11-day "laghu-rudrii anuSThAna" of the mantra "Om namaH ShivAya". > Hello Sarajit,> Can you please explain what is the 11-day> "laghu-rudrii anuSThAna" of the mantra "Om namaH> ShivAya". > What I mean is how does one go about performing it?> > Thanks,> Sel> > > > --- Sarajit Poddar <sarajit (AT) (DOT) org> wrote:> > Jaya Jagannath> > Dear Jyotisha,> > > > Although this topic is outside the ambit of> > Jyotisha, this might make a interesting reading for> > remedies.> > > > Best Regards> > Sarajit> > > > > > - > > Narayan Prasad > > To: IndianCivilization > > Tuesday, February 25, 2003 8:33 AM> > [indianCivilization] The only Hindu temple> > built by an Englishman in India> > > > > > > > Ref: "yogayAtrA-4", pp.45-48; published by Shrii> > Akhil Bhartiya Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti, Santa Shri> > Asharamji Ashram, Sabarmatii, Ahmedabad-380005.> >> ****************************************************************************> > In 1879 the British had , under the> > leadership of Colonel Martin from the British Cantt.> > at Malwa, attacked Afghanistan.
