I have a Query on my mind.(it cropped up at 10.00pm German Time)If a person's birth time is recorded as 00.50 am because the nurse from the delivery room said so and later it is found that she was not so accurate,what should be taken as birth time from the accounts of those present--the actual emergence of the child or the first cry or the the time of the ceasarean operation?
