Guest guest
Hi All! I am just a beginner. During some time I regularly read messages in the Vedic Astrology group and now I have a courage to do a first attempt of analysis. I would be very grateful if learned members could correct me. My birth data: 3 March 1970 08:40 AM (unrectified) time zone: -3 59 N 55, 30 E 15 I tried to rectify my birth time using D-12. (I supposed basing on my D-3 and D-4 that La is between 20 and 30 degrees of Pi). My D-12: Pi: Ke Ta: Ma Ge: Mo Le: Sa Vi: Su, Rh Cp: Ve Aq: Me, JuR I have 3 events for the rectification: My grandfather (maternal) died 12 November 1980 My grandmother (maternal) died 19 September 1991 My father died 12 March 1999. I used 360d. Year for Vimsottari and Kalachakra Dasas. Honestly for each of these events I would choose different Lagnas, but if some sign fits for one event, it doesn’t fir for two others. At last I have placed La in Sg. My reasons were: 1. La for my grand father is Sc. 12 Nov. 1980 Vimsottari Ve/Sa/Ra, KCD Cp/Sg and ND Ta/Vi/Aq were running. Sg is the 2nd from La. Aq has 2nd Lord Ju and 8th Lord Me. Cp has 12th and 7th Lord Ve, Ta is 7th from La and has Lagna Lord Ma. I don’t have a good explanation for Sa/Ra and Vi. Sa is dispositor of Ve and co-dispositor of Me and Ju but are these serious reasons to kill? Also Ra in Vi is dispositor of Me and Ju, and aspects the 2nd and 8th houses but wouldn’t be more logically if it was Ge or Moon? 2. La for my grandmather is Ge. Corresponding Dasas are: Vimsottari: Mo/Mo/Me, KCD: Sg/Cn, ND: Le/Le/Cp Mo is Lagna Lord and is in the 2nd. Cn is the 2nd , Sg is the 7th, Cp is 8th and Le has 8th Lord Sa aspecting 8th and giving argala on the 2nd. Me is the Lagnesh with 7th L. Ju aspects the 2nd and gives argala on 8th. 3. La for my father is Le. Corresponding Dasas are: Vimsottari :Mo/Ve/Su. KCD: Ar/Vi, ND:Le/Sg/Sg. Vi is the 2nd and has Lagnesh Su and 7th Lord Ra. The Lord of Sg Ju is also the 8th Lord and is in the 7th with the 2nd Lord Me. Ve aspects La, and it is in the constellation of Ju, so it can bring his results. Here I have also some doubts. Why Sg and not Pi or Aq? Why Ar? I hope someone will help me and correct my mistakes. Sorry for wasting your time. Marina. _______________ Get a speedy connection with MSN Broadband. Guest guest
Hello Please look into the following details: Your lagna should be Taurus and Rasi sagitarrius with your birth time of 8:40 AM reported by you. A different system of birth rectification is done here and I am also in the process of mapping another system for birth time rectification for Lagna (Ascendant). You have to recast your horoscope with the birth time of 8:46:27 AM and see where your Lagna actually fits in.If you could cast the horsocope with the rectified time and then analyse, you may find new dimensions. Please do answer your findings. In the mean time ,I shall also do some home work in applying some other theory in rectifying the birth time. Ananthakrishnan ------------------------ Name : Marina (Female) Date : 3/3/1970 (March 3,1970) (All dates in mm-dd-yyyy format) Time : 8:40: 0 AM (Reported) Place : St peterburg Country : Russia (Zone : 2) Latitude : 59.55 N Longitude : 30.15 E War/Summer Time Correction : 0 (Time zone correction has been taken in account separately) Weekday (Calendar) : Tuesday Tithi : 10 (Dashmi) Paksha : Krishna Ascendant : Taurus (LORD : Venus) Sun Sign (Western) : Pisces (LORD : Jupiter) Birth Sign (Rasi) : Sagittarius (LORD : Jupiter) Birth Star : Purvashada Charan : 2 Sunrise : 6:58:27 Ayanamsa : 23/26/15 Lahiri A great deal of confusion pertains to the correct instant of birth. A few scholars suggest that the instant of appearance of the head of the child should be taken as the real birth time. A few others say that the instant when the child cries for the very first time is the correct birth time. And so on. The method adopted by us is based on Shiv Svarodaya Vigyan and some rare Nadi principles propounded by ancient sages. According to this method the entire day is divided into male and female zones and subzones. Thus a male or female birth takes place only when the zone is predominantly male or female in nature. In rest of the zones animal life, plants and vegetation take birth. Analysis for a Female birth on (Hindu Calendar) born under Taurus ascendant and Purvashada Star. Reported Birth time : 8.40002 on 3/3/1970 Male zone under Agni tatwa (Fire Element) rises from 8:28:27 to 8:46:27 on 3/3/1970. Since a Female birth cannot occur in a Male zone the reported birth time appears to be incorrect. Hence the reported time of birth requires rectification. Female zone under Vayu tatwa (Air Element) rises from 8:46:27 to 9:10:27 on 3/3/1970. Also a Female sub zone, which is under Vayu tatwa (Air Element), rises from 8:46:27 to 8:52:51. The closest period from the reported Birth time is 8:46:27. Hence this must be taken as the Rectified Birth Time. Please Note: Various minute divisions of the zodiac change rapidly. Incase the difference between reported birth time and rectified birth time exceeds odd two minutes a fresh birth chart as per rectified time is recommended. --------------------- --- Marina Tikhoplav <mar_tikh wrote: > > > Russia, St.-Petersburg > > Marina. > > > >Ananthakrishnan Parthasarathy > <akrishnan56 > >vedic astrology > >vedic astrology > >Re: [vedic astrology] An attempt of > rectification > >Fri, 25 Oct 2002 03:17:20 -0700 (PDT) > > > >Please furnish place of birth and country of birth > >also > > > >Thanks > >Ananthakrishnan Parthasarathy > Y! Guest guest
Hello, Thank you very much for this interesting information. But I think you did one mistake. You took the time zone 2. Geographically it is true, but in Russia after 1917 there were many different operations of time changing (before 1982, after 1982, with summer time, without summer time, etc.) So for March 1970 the time zone is -3 and real time is 5.40. So if the time is 8.46 then Asc will be Ar, and not Ta. I would like to add some information I used for my rectification. My younger brother born 10 Aug. 1980. I have received technical education (mechanical engineering) and I work during some years as a specialist of computer graphics.
