Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Chandrasekhar, Namaste. Please excuse me for giving my opinion, but I hope it helps also. > Dear Visti,Ramapriya and Prashant, > I have read and also heard from eminent astrologers > that when there i an exchange of house between two > Planets they give results as if posited in their own > house. Yes, actually in this case the two houses are strongly connected, even stronger than in a mutual aspect. The give results both as being in own houses and in the parivartana house, simultaneously. This is like you have those pictures, which will change to another picture if you tilt them. Both pictures are there, but at times one is visible, and then the other one. > Another principle is that a Trikesh posited in Trika > sthana gives rise to a form of Viparata Rajayoga. This requires a strong relationship between trikeshas (3rd, 6th, 8th and 12th), either by parivartana or mutual aspect or conjunction. A trik (or dusthana as you like to call it) lord merely placed in another trik house is more like a half-baked Viparita Rajyoga, athough If Iám not mistaken Kalidas lists them in the Uttara Kalamrita as Rajayogas. The effect is that one evil is destroyed by another one, which saves you from suffering. In fact, I would make a difference: The above mentioned half-baked Rajyoga will save you from some suffering by destroying it by something else, like 8th lord in 12th may indicate escape from a dangerous sityation. But if it's a full-flegded Viparita Rajayoga, then it will destroy some obstacles and give Rajayoga-like results to you depending opn it's concetion to the Lagna or AL. So the positive result should be transferred to you, toherwise someone else will enjoy the results like your spouse, children etc. > The minus point would be Lord of 9th in 8th which > could indicate loss to Father or loss of enjoyment > paternal property. Any hose lord in the 12th from it would indicate destruction of the results of the house, as well as house lord placed in dusthana from Lagna, other points or the house itself. Then House lord in 2nd will indicate fructification of the results pertaining to the house. 2nd house is maintenance while 12th is destruction. Therefore planets of equal strength in both 12th and 2nd cause bandhana yoga, i.e. limit the effects of the house. Guest guest
Dear Mr . Gauranga Das You have mentioned in your mail that any "Any hose lord in the 12th from it would indicate destruction of the results of the house". What if the 10th Lord is placed is placed in the 9th. I was under the belief that this is a very nice placement. For eg: for leo ascendent, venus the lord of 10 is in the 9th house. Do clarify. Guest guest
Dear Gauranga Das, Thnk you very much for your comments.I had mentioned about Vipareet Rajayoga with out mentioning about exchanges of places between them as the query was speciffically mentioned exchange of 6th and 8th Lord.I should have not resorted to shortcuts like above. I am happy that you support my contentions generally. It feels good when a knowledgeable person elaborates upon your views. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Sunil, Namaste. This was a general principle stated by me. 9th house is dharma, and 10th house is karma. So if 10th lord is in the 9th, then the fruits of karma are sacrificed for advancement in dharma. Hence the 10th house still loses in one sense. The more time you devote to spiritual practices, the less time you have to work. But of course there are other modifying factors. For example in the above mentioned case a kendra lord goes to a trikona, which may create a rajayoga. So these factors should be considered.
