Dear All,

This is regarding the book " Astrology,Destiny and Wheel of Time"

by KNRao.

 

In the above book, KN Rao gives systematic rules for evaluating

planets in a horoscope on page 111.

 

There, he says check the 2-12, 3-11 and 6-8 position of planets

mutually.

 

Can anyone explain this in more detail?

Dear Ramapriya,

 

K N Rao is the author of many books on astrology. He has also done a

lot of research and is one of the most famous astrologers in India.

His astrology books are quite popular just like Dr.Raman's are.

Argala does not have the 6-8 position ( I may be wrong).

Hence I think this may be someting different (but probably based on

similar theories ??).

what he wants to say is check the mutual placements of the planets. it is done

to interpret vim dasha. one should always check the mutual placement of

mahadsha lord & antardahsa lords. if they r in 9-5 association / 4-10

association, then very good. 6-8 /2-12 r not considered good. it itself is a

rajayoga if there is no shadashtaka 6-8 placements of planets in the horocope .

for ex. i m going thru rahu -mars dasha. these r in 3-11 (mars in 9th...rahu in

11) relationship. though mars is 8th lord, but mutual compatibility is not

bad, so this antardasha is not bad also.

most of the astrologers consider panchda maitri chakra as the final.

depends from person 2 person

mr. rao & his team has done a lot research on these simple things. for example,

vimshottari is the most common dasha. but has ever one noticed certain thigs

happening common to all lagnas during these dashas?

ju-ve, sa-ve, me -ke has some distinct results whatever ur lagna may b .

in my kundli, venus is yogakaraka, rahu is in cancer. still ra-ve was one of

the worst time periods. (2-12),
