First there is exchnge between 12th lord and lagna lord ,I think that it will weaken the lagna and may create health problem though it is parivartan yoga.The lagna lord is in 12th in Rashi chart and Saturn and Mars in lagna without any benific aspect is further bad for lagna. What does this indicates.Moreover the benifics are in dusthanas and melefics in kendra.As I am a bigginer in astrology these doubts are coming . Presently he is not living in abroad but he had been there for some time.Though He had made plans to go to abroad for Job last year but could not go on the last moment. He has no serious illness but he has to lead a careful life to avoid headaches and asthma. This means regular swimming and no drinking. And he has a pretty good life. Currently he is about 47 years old. Also, he does live abroad. His father died when he was quite young.
