Dear Ramesh,

 

I'm also interested in this question.

As far as I know, generally, for every muhurta to be auspicious 8th house must

be empty and house which is connected with specific function must be empty also

(in this case 4th house).

 

I would like if someone can comment on this and maybe give some reference from

scriptures about specific muhurta for laying foundation for temple or any

house.
