I'm glad you asked. The lady is the manager of a large public library in

eastern USA. She has a professional library degree. The traumatic

event: her husband (a college football coach was killed by the members of

a rival team after a match.) This occured in 1972.

It seems to me that the managerial part of her job is more evident in the chart

than the professional qualification required for the position. In

some cases this professional qualification has been waived but such cases are

rare.

A very traumatic event did occur in her life but she grew from it. Can

you tell what it was?
