Or there is a very easy method to tell this, only using the rasi and the navamsa chart. I will be waiting for your valuable reply. Thanks. Yes this is a simple question, and Sanjay Rath has covered some of the principles to do so, in "Crux of Vedic Astrology", also he has used principles from his translation from Jaimini's Upadesa. The method is to use the Rasi in junction with the Drekkana. The principles are almost the same for childbirth assesments. Theres also alot of valuable info in the archives, so this has indeed been covered in great detail.. but takes alot of practice.
