6th House Ashtakavarga

Hi All,

 

What does it mean to have a high SAV value (45) for the sixth house?

 

You will have more enemies/less enemies? More disease/less disease?

Will be successful in agriculture?

The dasa of the sixth house lord would be good?

The dasa of the planet in the sixth house would be good?

Transits through that house would be good?

 

Also, what is the relationship, if any, between shadvarga values and

Ashtakavarga values? They seem to conflict, so are they totally

different ways of looking at the same horoscope? If so, what does each

mean?

All,

 

I have 38 SAV in the 8th house and 45 SAV in the 9th house. Please let me know

what it means in my case.

Hello Members,

The bindus in 8th house signify as a moksha bahava and also secret house as 8th

house.This also signify the persons getting wealth through his marriage as it is

2nd to 7th.As a house signifying for longevity the bindus indicate fairly good

longevity.Further the life around 55-60 is not going to be a problem one.

As far 9th it is Dharma bahve and signifying the present life.45 bindus

certainly apeks of very good life.comapred to 8th house 9th house is much

better.The gains duting this stage og life around 70 is more happier than

earlier one.9th is also 5th to 5th signifying for father also as a very happy

state.Also does involve in his own way in religion and rituals and strong belief

in dharma.

Lasy but not least is: They seem to conflict, so are they totally

different ways of looking at the same horoscope?

Our sages were so clear aboput what they are trying to convey:In Shad Varga they

have spoken in clear terms the capability of various planets to give good(Ishta)

and bad(kashta)phalas.

where as A.V is linked to timing of events and is more about 30% of the transit

contribution(Gochara)>pl note Shadvargs is wrt to natal positions and A.V is a

link from natal to to transi(Gochara).

Certainly no contardictions except we fail to see the logic or we on our own

advance our logic for the ancient scriptures
