there are some classic books that say this

 

but what I consider is it is a neech bhang

 

logically deb planet when acts reverse of ite motion gives reverse effect

 

ie deb becomes exalt and exalt is deb and retrogation for planets in own

or exaltation

 

does spoil the planet I have noticed that

 

and jup only becomes exalted once every 12 years all how can ppl born
