Thus far, I have only done those born in USA. A chart is a chart, but we all know that getting the birth data exactly right is crucial. I use the Time Zones book (recommended by NaliniKanta/Tom Hopke) and NOT the empheris, as it is often mistaken. However, the Time Zones book I have does not include all other countries, and specificially, not India. For those who agree with me about the ephemeris, how can I find the DST for this little girl?
