Dear List members,

This isn't a popularity contest, and the discussion of this topic only came up

once some other list members start calling names.

Noone should resort to name calling of neither Dinanatha nor Robert.. the effort

is useless and just creates a bigger mess.. Which i hope some people have

realised in their short livespan!

This discussion should no longer be continued on the public lists, which is

distracting the students from further study. Instead this will continue among

the administrative faculty in SJVC.

Students of Dinanatha, should contact Dinanatha himself and/or the Sjvc-Gurus,

to find a solution, to their doubts/problems if any.

organization was incorporated a web site www.SJVCUSA.org has also been started

and maintained mainly by Sanjay Rath. I registered the domain name and web site

and initial payment for web site was done by Narasimha Rao and all subsequent

payment were borne by myself. SJVC-USA has been incorporated in New Jersey with

address: 1504 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, N.J. 08077. Same information was

presented to IRS (Internal Revenue Service) who was actually c hecking our web

site to see if we are differing from the rules govern by non-profit

organizations. > www.SJVCUSA.org was never meant to be a web site of any other

organisation than SJVC-USA registered in New Jersey with office at: 1504

Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, N.J. 08077. So by accusing me that I hacked

www.sjvcusa.org web site because I included valid legal information about

SJVC-USA organization on the web site of the same organization, Robert openly

admits that he hacked www.sjvcusa.org site and thus he is risking legal action

and damages compensation claim against himself for unauthorized access to

www.sjvcusa.org, presenting false and misleading information on the same site

and unauthorized use of registered corporate name SJVC-USA. Personal legal

actions and damage compensation claims against Robert by damaged

trustees/directors of SJVC-USA (positions that Robert was unlawfully claiming

for himself and others) are also likely to follow.> > In recent past Sanjay

new clients and students and thus benefiting from his position in SJVC, you can

imagine what would happened if he would be legally in charge for SJVC-USA)> 3.

Other proposed trustee Laxmi (Lynne Kary) to start with lied to Sanjay to get

admission to SJVC and also has been involved with drugs and weapons smugglers

(one of them was her ex-husband: Hansaduta Swami which was sentenced to jail

for many years because of illegal use of drugs and weapons and smuggling of the

Kusa devi and than he made a decision that Robert, Brendan and Laxmi can form

their own organization independent from existing SJVC-USA registered in NJ and

that has registered office at: 1504 Riverton Road, Cinnaminson, N.J. 08077> >

Above 3 points, as mentioned by our lawyer, especially after 9/11 when it was

discovered and determined by IRS that many Islamic charities in the USA were

using their non-profit status to collect charity and than they were sending

that charity to fund radical Islamic militant organizations (including

Al-Queda) would deeply risk our non-profit status and could bring to SJVC-USA

many unnecessary legal complications especially because part of SJVC-USA funds

was supposed to go to India to help SJVC in India. As we know many Islamic

militant organizations are present and are becoming increasingly active in

India (which we could witness in recent shooting in Swami Narayan temple in

Gandhi Nagar). Seeing the history of some of the proposed trustees our lawyer

couldn't say anything else than what he mentioned in above points and conclude

that persons like Laxmi and Robert are totally legally unfit to be trustees of

easy to see that spiritually are not much more fit than what they are legally

Robert become SJVC Guru. Starting from that time Sanjay was warning him that he

actually cannot be SJVC Guru and at the same time charge for teaching which was

doing and Robert was quite proudly defying that warning of Sanjay.> But how

Robert who was initiated by Srila Prabhupada came into that pitiful condition

that he just didn't care for orders and principle of any of his Gurus? While

living in the ISKCON temple in India our Robert has learned little bit of

Jyotish and understood that this could be quite good business on the West

especially in the places like USA and he simply moved to USA and started his

own business: Jyotish consultations and lessons. While for the consultations

traditionally (if we follow the parampara which he obviously didn't even dream

of) he could accept donations while teaching was supposed to be free. Of

course, why would he? After dropping out from ISKCON he was quite free to break

all the rules and principles of Gurus and parampara. So first he betrayed his

first Guru Srila Prabhupada and than he didn't want to follow the order of the

second guru. This type of behavior in Vedic culture is regarded as unchaste

just like when woman at the time of marriage gives vows and than she stops

following the m and jumps to some other man.Similarly Robert at the time of

initiation by Srila Prabhupada has given him lifetime vows which he is not

following for many, many years. On the other hand whenever someone mentions

this to Robert he just becomes uncontrollably mad and angry at that person that

he cannot control himself, as you could see from his last letter where he was

accusing me that I hacked SJVC's web site. As you can see Robert has all the

"good" qualities of Guru and spiritual leader. He was always a looser and will
