Psychics - How to observe in Vedic Charts?

Hello Everyone

 

I was just interested to know if there is a way one can observe in a

chart if someone is psychic. I know everyone is psychic and this can

be developed further, but some are born with more abilities than

others.

 

Edgar Cayce had Moon in the 10th, with Rahu and Mercury in the 8th

with Cancer Lagna.

 

My brother who is psychic has Rahu in the first and interestingly

Mercury in the 8th with a Pisces Lagna.
