Try till your eyes can look at it without being getting strained. DO NOT OVERSTRAIN. If you are looking for 1 minute in beginning it's ok. 4) It is preferable to meditate (to concentrate on shakti chakra) during morning. 5)Do not expect anything to happen in fortnight. As, one begins to concentrate on shakti chakra regularly, one may see different scenes in it and it will change its colour as your practice will increase. Please note that when you will be practicing (say after a month or so), it may appear brown, then blue, then green and so on. It's not that shakti chakra is changing color, it's the power in your eyes, that is increasing, so you are seeing it in different colors. The saadhna (ritual) is said to be completed, when the Shakti Chakra is in Bright Golden Color. Shakti chakra is for learning hypnosis, and you may do self-hypnosis for PLR. It directly cannot lead to PLR. It may be the first step. But, I would again like to remind that it is not that easy. You have to put in both effort and time.
