I have mars in the Pisces with Saturn and Rahu. Running Rahu-Mercury. Mercury in Capricorn in the star of 4th lord Mars. Purchased a piece of land on 5th July while Mars was transiting 11th house Gemini. I have already started incurring heavy expenditure. Should I postpone my construction work for the time being ? For transits it is better to take into consideration the Moon sign, which you forgot to give me. From the rasi, we see that mercury is the owner of 2nd and 11th, by being in the 6th can give success in activities connected to service, otherwise, it can bring serious obstacles and therefore expenditure. For Leo, Mars is yogakaraka and can give you positive results provided that it is not afflicted. For two more days Mars is going to be afflicted by Rahu and remember the bad aspect from Saturn from Taurus. Also, Mars is afflicted in your chart by Rahu and Saturn. Try to be cautious in your expenditure. From such a limited information I would say, yes, wait for Mars to reach your lagna and your Jupiter retrograde aspecting your Sun in Aquarius, from where is going to aspect your 4th house.
