Further Tropical Reasonings

Further, it can be said that since the Sun is so key in terms of seeing

in the here and now, it is the Sun's external or relative position to

the Earth, our base of material vision, as highly relevent. Then it can

be further summized that therefore the reflected light of the Sun, off

of the planets back at the Earth, that determines their position in

regards to what we see.

So it could be said that the Tropical Zodiac is more accurate in terms

of what we think we see. It is therefore more accurately related to the

seen world. As times change, so the vision of things change, so the

moving Zodiac is more related to the currently seen reality.

So perhaps the Tropical Zodiac is therefore more about what is seen now.

Nowadays it is in vogue to say "I only believe what I can see". So it

follows in reason that the West would to a seeing related

Zodiac, which relates everything in terms of what is seen. Therefore it

could be said, that the Tropical Zodiac is more accurately reflecting

our current view of ourselves and the world.

However, "our view" is opposed to Spirituality, which instead makes us

humble to a higher, pre-existing authority. So it makes sense that the

Vedic view s to the fixed Sidereal Zodiac.

What we see, according to Veda, is a temporary reality which leads the

soul into illusion of thinking the body to be all important. Hence we

find in the West that the body is all important, and Spirituality is

therefore rare in the West, and hence the environment, internal and

external, is being ravaged more and more as this world view rules more

and more generations of peoples.

So again it comes down to which you wish to to, the seen and

misleading, or the original which is Spiritually and Environmentally

more conducive through better alignment with reality, which is

ultimately Spiritual in basis.

This difference in view comes down to meet practical application most in

areas such as meat eating verse vegetarianism for Spiritual reasons. In

the one view, there is no negative reaction to killing, which is done as

convenience and sensual choice. The nutrition reason is obviously bogus

when you meet my totally healthy 15 year old son, who is an accomplished

wrestler (the real kind), weight lifter, ribboned bike racer, and Eugene

City registered and currently employed Life Guard. He also has won many

county wide art contest to boot, gets good grades, and has the prettiest

girlfriends.

He's never eaten one egg, or any meat or fish, in his entire life.

Never. He's always healthy, on the move, and free from all bad habits.

Nobody can keep up with him. He's physically AWESOME to behold. Healthy

as could be, and very good looking.

So forget the nutrition argument. And don't give me doshas as a reason

to eat meat, please! If you care about solving dosha imbalances, follow

vegetarian based Ayurvedic principles to solve your problem. Don't fight

sinful reaction with more sin.

So in one view you can kill without reaction in favor of the sensual

pleasure of meat eating, and in the other view of life, nature, the

world, and so on, you cannot kill without suffering reactions. Nowadays

even meat eating scientists recognize the shared social reaction we all

face due to the massively burdensome cattle industry, which is chief

amongst reasons for cutting down the rain forests as only one example.

So the reactions are coming. Furthermore, meat eating is clearly related

to increased heart disease, and other forms of disease. It's bad for the

Earth, and bad for us as human orgnisms.

So it's pretty clear which view nature supports.

"Our view" of life, has brought us to the point where voyerism is now an

acceptable form of family entertainment, given all the voyeristic "real

life" shows on TV these days, featuring constant discussion of

sexuality. Most of the current line up of "family" programming features

primarily highly sexy people, dressed scantilly, who constantly pursue

sex as the ultimate aims of their lives. There is no mention of God

whatsoever, not in any meaningful way anyway. The Gods of modern

civilization in terms of entertainers, politicians, scientists, etc.,

are all never mentioning God in any meaningful way. Face it. We're an

atheistic society in general.

So that's the result of following "what is seen" only. The tropical

zodiac reflects this view as it relates everything to sunlight.

When you really understand Vedic spirituality you become aware that the

ego of the Sun, has to replaced with submission more supported by

Jupiter, Saturn, and because of the renunciation of the materialistic

view, and acceptance of the Spiritual View, Ketu also.

The rising and setting of the material Sun ball lights this world, but

this world is misleading the soul. If the soul gives in to this world,

then it loses contact with the reality which is greater than our

temporary lives here. This is the crux spiritually of this entire

subject. It's a matter of priority in life- Spiritual view, verse

Material view.

I am saying that the Tropical Zodiac has relevence, to those who think

they should sew their treasures here, through seeing with vision

relative to this world as the center. That's an anti Vedic view, because

the Vedic view is based on higher greater power and revelation, and

which takes the person away from devotion to selfish local interests, in

favor of devotion to the greater original Spiritual oneness that we all

share as our spiritual birthright as souls.

The above is what you'd hear if you approached any real Vedic Guru in

India, or anywhere. This should not be seen as fanatical. Rather, it

should be seen as "Vedic". Veda teaches that all are servants of God.

The Materialistic view teaches that God is a servant of everyone. Veda

teaches to pray to be able to be better, Western prayer is praying that

God make everything better for us without us changing at all. Servant

verse Served. God is the center verse WE are the center. Don't kill,

because nothing is yours, verse Kill, because everything is ours. Since

each individual rebellious soul thinks this latter way, they readily

kill each other in frequent conflicts. Hence, the Vedas call this the

age of quarrel.

It all makes sense both ways.

As Bob Marley pointed out: "You are where you stand in the struggle".

Thanks for listening.
