Guest guest Report post Posted June 16, 2000 Dear Listmembers, I am interested in learning about Jyotish in respect to court cases and outcomes. What are the most important points? - i.e. seventh house ruler, lagna of prashna, charts of litigants involved, etc. Also, court cases often take a very long time and involve the separate filing of many legal documents and court appearances. This would involve many different charts. What would be the first chart or dominate chart guiding the entire case, or would there be several to examine? My apologies for introducing such a worldly topic, but I have done some research on this and have found little information. Any instruction would be helpful. Many thanks to you in advance. The following scheme is proposed. Some is based on western astrology but seems to apply to the vedic system. An event chart done for the starting time of a court trial should give an indication of how the karma of the defendant/plaintiff is situated, where the truth is found and the final outcome. Event time for prashna when judge enters court or starts to focus on case in question. Querent ----defendant/plaintiff Lagna Opponent 7H Court cases or courts in general 10 H Court room 12 H Judges 10H Jupiter Judgement and final outcome 4H Jury 4H Moon Jury decision 4H Jury deliberations 6H Jury service 9H Police 6H Mars Witnesses 3H Mercury Lawyers as profession 9H Mercury District attorney(lawyer of court) 9 from 10=6H Lawyer for defence 9H (This shows that for the defendant as querent district attorney or prosecutor is Enemy being in 6H) If plaintiff is represented by lagna then his lawyer is represented by 9H or 6H. It needs to be decided in the beginning whether the defendant or plaintiff is to represented by the ascendent. This will depend on which side the astrologer’s focus is on. Hope this helps, Regards Ron Send instant messages with Messenger. http://im./
