Does anybody have any idea what significators or aspect one should look for, to

identify rebirth within a horoscope.

At present i'm predicting past life events by regressing the dasa systema and

using 5th house as lagna. What i'm intrested in is to identify the planetary

significators of birth.

I hope to gain some fruitfull answers.

Visti.

Hello group members,

I'm sharing some of my knowledge here regarding re-birth of the native. Please

keep one point in mind, all this discussion is NOT from my personal experience,

this is just collection from different journals, magazines and books.

If a native has Rahu in Lagna, there are chances that it can be the re-birth of

the native in the same family. The native could be the grandfather/grandmother

in the same family in the previous birth. It could also be the mother/father of

the native's mother. Some points to keep in mind while going further:

Step 1:

a) check out if the native's grandfather/grandmother was alive at the time of

native's birth. For example, If it is female horoscope and her grandmother was

alive at the time of her birth, there is no point of re-birth here. In that case

check out if her mother's mother was alive at the time of her birth.

b) If either of them ware alive, compare the nature of grandmother/grandfather

with the native.

Native's grandmother can be seen by 12th house (9th house is a house of father

and 4th house is a house of mother. So, 4th house from 9th house will be

father's mother house)

Similarly, native's grandfather can be seen by 5th house (9th from 9th house)

You will find some similarity in either of their nature with native's nature.

Next Step:

Calculate the mahadasha of the native BEFORE 20 years of his birth. i.e. in

reverse order. (20 years is just an example. Basically, calculate it till the

date of death of grandfather/grandmother)

Find out the marak of the grandfather/grandmother horoscope (calculated in first

step). Now check out the marak dasha in the native's dasha calculated in reverse

order. You will find similarity in both the charts.

You will find similarity in marak in both the horoscopes.

Dear Visti,

It is a wrong idea to post the ascendent in the 5th house for erecting a birth chart of the  previous birth. As par the verse of sage Parashara and other Rishis the 5th house is the house of poorva punya i.e. the meritorious deeds of the past. And the fruits will be transferred into the 9th house, the house of luck for the present birth. If you take into account the 9th house as the ascendant for the previous birth then the 9th from the 9th will be the 5th house, the house of the poorva punya.                         -What you say ?
