Guest guest
Dear Sanjay, Isn't Karthikeya and Murugan same?. I thought Murugan also had two wives. Valli and Deaivanai. Guest guest
Om Krishnaaya Namah Hi all, I know the topic is a bit outdated, but since we are quiet, I just thought I'd say this anyway. I remember that one of the early points brought up in the Kuja Dosha thread was whether Jupiter increases the effects of Kuja Dosha. Well, according to Maharshi Parashara, certainly not. In his chapter on Stri Jataka (Female horoscopy), he says to Maitreya: "If Mars is bereft of the aspect or conjunction of the auspicious planets and is posited in the ascendant, the twelfth, the fourth, the seventh or the eighth, the husband of such a woman will certainly have an early death." Dear Pursottam, Nice to here from you back. How did you go with your exam etc. ? Looks you free at the movement. This type of discussions cannot be outdated. I feel we will never go to the end. >I remember >that one of the early points brought up in the Kuja >Dosha thread was whether Jupiter increases the effects >of Kuja Dosha. That was me put this thought to the list. Even it was impossible, I wanted discuss about this seriously. How Jupiter expand and why ? This may not applicable to Kuja dosa, but I thought to discuss. >Well, according to Maharshi Parashara, >certainly not. "The Mars (without beneficial aspect) in so-called places bring early death to husband." Is this correct ? Thanks, Karu. Ps = I am looking forward for my new year. Guest guest
Om Krishnaaya Namah Hello Karu, >>Nice to here from you back. How did you go with your exam etc. ?<< Nice to hear from you too! I haven't had any exams yet, but have given in coursework which does seem to have gone well. Of course, being the lazy person that I am, I decided to leave it all to the last minute, and then rush it all. Not recommended to anybody in similar situation. The exams begin about a month from now, so I am now in definite preparation for them. But thanks for asking. >>How Jupiter expand and why?<< I personally just see it as part of Deva Guru Brihaspati's personality. He's likes to do things big. You know what I mean - His clothes must be made of the finest material. His pujas and yagya's must be done on a large scale, with the best ingredients and offerings, nice big fire etc. He's a perfectionist who likes to do things big. You know, perhaps a bit of ego there as well. But that's just my view. >>"The Mars (without beneficial aspect) in so-called places bring early death to husband." Is this correct ?<< Yes. Obviously we must watch everything else as well. But when there are matching indications, we can be more confident. So see the following chart: South Indian Style Rasi Chart for Widow ************************************************* * 8* 9* 10* 11* * * * * * * * * * * * Pi* Ar* Ta* Ge* ************************************************* * 7* * 12* * MOO * * * * JUP * * RAH * * Aq* * MAR Ca* ************* ************* * 6* * 1* * * * PLU * * SAT KET * * LAG * * Cp* * URA Le* ************************************************* * 5* 4* VEN 3* 2* * * SUN * NEP * * * * MER * * * * Sa* Sc* Li* Vi* ************************************************* South Indian Style Navamsa Chart for Widow ************************************************* * 10* MOO 11* SAT 12* LAG 1* * KET * NEP * * * * VEN * * * * * MAR Pi* Ar* Ta* Ge* ************************************************* * 9* * URA 2* * * * * * * * * * MER Aq* * Ca* ************* ************* * 8* * 3* * * * * * * * * * JUP Cp* * Le* ************************************************* * 7* 6* 5* RAH 4* * * * * PLU * * * * * * * SUN Sa* Sc* Li* Vi* ************************************************* This lady is now thirty-seven. She lost her husband at 35. In her Rashi chart, we see a proper Kuja Dosha, like what Parashara gives, where Mars is in the twelfth without benefic aspect. Further, he is debilitated, conjunct Rahu (-Ketu axis), and aspected by Saturn. Not nice. But furthermore, we can also see that in the seventh, she has the Lord of the eighth and twelfth, clearly showing the loss. And also, in the Navamsha, the Lord of the seventh gets debilitated in the eighth. The death happened when the Rahu/Ketu were transiting the Asc/Desc axis. Since I'm trying to be a purist, and trying to learn the Vedic methods, we won't go into the outers. That's one example. Hope it's helped, Pursottam __________ Get your free @.co.uk address at http://mail..co.uk or your free @.ie address at http://mail..ie
Guest guest
Dear Pursottam, Do you have COVA by Sanjay ? If you read page 255 10.2.3 , you may find How Jupiter and Saturn act on 7th House Kuja Dosa. This is new to me. I remember I had a chart that showed me lot about Kuja Dosa, I will send it if I able to find it. Thanks, Karu >This lady is now thirty-seven. She lost her husband at >35. Guest guest
Hi! If Jupiter aspects the 7th, even if it is malefic it will certainly protect marriage and will give a marital bliss. Also, Even if Jupiter is in Neecha in Lagna for example for Capricorn lagna. And malefic planets get posited in the 7th house. Here Even if Jupiter is week still it will protect marriage. It doesnot matter Jupiter is functional malefic. Its natural tatwa for doing things for other houses prevails. Thanks Deepak Make a great connection at Personals. http://personals. To understand my point , A Capricorn Jupiter will make a person simple and helpful to others but at the cost of the loss of the person(12th lord). Constellation placement will make a difference. Same is true for all the planets. Martial behavior will be good for a cancer born with good placement of Mars, but will be very bad for a Virgo born to whom the Mars is functional malefic. This is general.
