Folio or something similar

Very easy. The folio program is a snap to use. For example, put it all in a

word document, then load it into the folio program, and it is automatically

indexed. If you want to have indexes and cross-references, you can work

with the document from within folio, or insert special tags into the file

with your favourite word processor.

 

The newest xy-index maybe is good also. I saw it yesterday on an internet

site. But since I am satisfied with folio, I did not download it.
