Hi - Thought I'd put my two cents in on the aging question... as a lifestyle

consideration, balance is the key to longevity, and meditation is a primary

technique of balance.... so, meditate daily and deeply.

Secondly, maintaining balance in the body's glucose to insulin ratio is a

physical key to longevity and thus, eat a diet rich in protein and healthy

fats and low in carbohydrates.

Thirdly, get plenty of aerobic, physical exercise on a daily basis to

maintain a flexible, youthful body.

And fourthly, take the Ayurvedic mineral supplement known as "Shilajit"....

it is a kind of thick, dark pitch-like substance found in the Himalayas in

certain rock formations, that is extremely rich in many vital minerals and

trace elements. It is generally available in capsule or pill form from

Ayurvedic suppliers and is considered a powerful anti-aging substance.

Regards,

Alan

DharmaDev - thanks for your humorous (and very truthful) comments. Yes,

shilajit has a distinctive aroma that could be compared to a horse or

perhaps a damp dog. Maybe using it would actually assist one to live in

solitude....

Namaste,

Alan
