Dear Dasguptaji

Namaskar My Friend

Miss Kanti has said that Friend Jorge most certainly means sitting in Lotus

Position

In any case this is what we are hopeing and am sure he will explain this soon :

)

Easiest way to explain Mantra of the Devata is an example

Mantras of Lord Ganesha are chanted with Lord Ganeshas 8 Mukhi Rudraksa Bead

Mantras of Goddess MahaLakshmi are chanted with the 7 Mukhi Goddess MahaLakshmi

Rudraksa Bead

If you like please see www.SanskritMantra.com and also the book Healing Mantras

by Thomas Ashley-Farrand for additional Mantras and their values and effects

Thanks and Take Care My Friend

Dear Dasguptaji

Namaskar My Friend and thank you for your message

We need to take a minute to try and clarify

Srikanth is not the person posting the message about Mantra

Message regarding Mantra is posted by Jose Reymundi

Jose has only told us that he has basicly made this Mantra himself and now is

encourageing others to try this. Have asked him for some histrory on the Mantra

because cannot recognize this as a traditional Mantra

At the minimum...... Traditional Mantra Science strictly demands.... some kind

of minimal understanding.... regarding what the Mantra you are reciteing is

meant to Accomplish

Is not healthy to recite unknown words that a person might call a Mantra........

simply because a person says to try this one or try that one so you can see what

happens

Hope this helps

Thanks and Take Care My Friend

dharmadevji,

i fully agree with you.. that is why i was asking about the source etc. before

one starts reciting a mantra it is very important to select the same based on

horoscope..else it is to be given by a powerfull guru. else reciting any and

every mantra can be very very harmfull.

Dear Miss

Thanks for question.......maybe someone else has different Knowledge regarding

this however what you are describeing is a Bija Mantra and normally these

Mantras to do not have a specific meaning......Bija Mantras are sacred sounds

that have specific effects.....they are part of a sacred sound oriented system

instead of a meaning or definition oriented system if that makes sense

Have not researched the effects of sacred sound mentioned......maybe Ashwini

Is that pronounced "S OM"? If so, it increases Ojas, energy, joy,

and delight. It is good for rejuvenation and tonification therapies

and is good for the heart, mind, and nerves.

Dharamdevji your knowledge is very vast you have spoken correctly, but if i may

just add that:

Sound is an energy existing in a dimension of its own, bound by nothing ,

Like every other kind of energy sound also exists at various planes and at

various levels in various dimensions of existence.

To make it a little simpler lets compare the existence of sound to the existence

of a form of matter for ex. water.

Like water exists in the primary three states of liquid, gas and ice and in each

of these states there are various levels like a piece of ice of a cm cube would

be of various densities from the core to the periphery a combination of maybe a

few million densities would form a cm cube of ice. each single density would be

indipendent of each other and yet a part of this one cube of ice.

Similarly each frequency of sound is an energy in itself a combination of a few

result in the formation of a specific force at the level of existence of

sound. Each having the capacity to either create in the physical or etheric world

or change what exists.

Sounds have been used since the begining of creation for creating or influencing

various aspects of the physical world.

a combination of sounds is called a mantra and each mantra is for changing an

aspect of your physical or etheric body and all this is done for the evolution

of mankind.

Each mantra has to be thus chanted correctly for each frequency of sound has a

different effect on the physical and etherical world.

Now for the ladys question about what she said was "s aum."

To tell the exact effect of this i have to know how exactly it is chanted .

It could be "so hum",or maybe om sah jhoom haum in the reverse sah and om cum

together or it could be s aam or it could be any or a part of a chant.Could she

once more listen to it carefully and ask once more writing the sound as

accurately as possible.

A bija mantra is in very simple terms explained as the reflection of a physical

or etheric body in the dimension of sound. For example the bija of the mooladhar

is laam this means that the chakra at the physical level is that part of the

physical body which we can see and at the etheric it is the chakra and at the

level of sound it is laam there are many many dimensions to it.

Any input from your vast knowledge bank would be gyan for me.

Blessings

Yogi ashwini.

Dear Respected Yogiji

Namaskar My Friend......yes totally agree with everything said........Mantras

are based in a foundation of sound energy that requires transferred to others

through an Initiation Process......... in the spoken language...... for correct

pronounciation and repetition........then as we repeat the Mantras and

Accelerate on our Spiritual Path........ they sometimes show us their many

different dimensions....... that can relate to creation and manifestation of

many different positive effects in our personal Cosmic Universe

Agree would be good to know what book the Mantra mentioned was found before

being able to comment on usage. If we know the book then we can look to the

author specific to context the author is writing the Mantra

Thank you for your help in this My Friend

Beej mantras have no meanings. The mantra sound sow, or sau, is sometimes

considered a beej sound for the crown, or alternatively the ajna chakra. It is

solar in energy however and masculine. Harish Johari considers the symbol

visarga to be the beej of the crown chakra. What we are discussing is then a

thousand bindus or points of attention as the petals of the lotus. The syllable

SA means "That." Adding the M means the conclusion of "That." The culmination.

Thou art that. Brahman. Nonetheless, the sound doesn't necessarily point

always to the infinite as the smallest or largest aspect of existance, but

depending on context can reinforce many other mantras. Therefore, Soham is a

metaphorical contraction of the mahavakya "I am that." But Hamsa means a swan

and points to the liberated one the paramahamsa. The swan which flys beyond the

pale of this world. The use of this mantra is a solar energy of liberation and

is very firery. Don't use too much if pitta, and don't use alone or out of

context. Please give us the source for this beej and the context in which you

are using and the reason for asking. There's no point asking what these things

mean out of context.
